KVM EXTENDERS

EL4500 KVM EXTENDER SET

The possibility to connect the modules of the EL4500 KVM extender set with either a single dedicated twisted

pair connection or over a LAN makes this a very ﬂ exible solution. For connection over a LAN, all that is needed

is layer 2 support, which is nearly always applicable to modern networks. No network conﬁ guration is needed

for the EL4500 KVM extender set, thanks to the Rapid Pairing Protocol the KVM extender set modules commu-

nicate via their MAC addresses. All the user needs to do is connect the modules to the same LAN.
